The Snobs

The Snobs Biography

The Snobs are a French experimental pop duo formed in late 2002. The band consists of brothers Mad Rabbit (vocals, samples) and Duck Feeling (guitars). The name of the band paid tribute to Antonius Moonen and his "Petit Bréviaire Du Snobisme". They record albums in complete independence giving their music for free on the Internet. Their style can be described as a kind of freak noisy pop, influenced by The Beatles, Sonic Youth, Etienne Charry or Stereolab. The two last albums Beatniks in the USSR (2006) and Brûle en Bikini ! (2007) have built a little underground reputation in France. All their records can be downloadable for free on their official website
