Osheaga 2009 Pictures

This year's Osheaga arts and music festival was scheduled to be headlined by Coldplay (Saturday) and the Beastie Boys (Sunday). However, due to MCA's unfortunate throat cancer diagnosis, plans were changed a few days prior to the event. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs were promoted to the top spot (replacing the Beastie Boys) and played during a very wet Sunday evening. Coldplay still headlined the Saturday event which was in contrast, much more hot and dry. Chris Martin and the gang performed a cover of Michael Jackson's Billie Jean (more on that tomorrow) and fans were also treated to a spectacular fireworks display that took place at the same time.
