Courtney Love is back to her old antics. Last night at the SWU Festival in Sao Paulo Brazil, the 47-year-old Hole frontwoman removed her fan-made T-shirt to reveal her black tube top to the crowd. At one point, she pulled down the tube top, revealing her breasts--one side at a time--to an encouraging crowd.

This would be enough excitement for the audience, right? The debaucle went far beyond the peep show, however.

During the show, a fan raised an image of Kurt Cobain, of Nirvana fame--her late husband. Then, all hell broke loose.

"I don't need to see a picture of Kurt, asshole, and I'm going to have you fucking removed if you keep throwing that up. I'm not Kurt, I just live with his fucking shit and his ghost and his kid every day; throwing that up is stupid and rude and I'm going to beat the fuck out of you [if you] do it again. You know what? You weren't fucking married to him; I fucking was. You didn't get kicked out of a band by him; by Dave. He did. Go see the fucking Foo Fighters and do that shit. Great. We'll leave now. Fuck you."

Storming offstage after her rant, Love only returned to the stage after a member of her entourage urged the audience to chant, "Foo Fighters are gay" over and over. She greeted the audience with another rant.

"I don't care what you listen to at home, but if a guy takes off money off my kid's table, fuck him."

She is likely referring to her well-publicized legal battles with Dave Grohl, former Nirvana drummer and current Foo Fighters frontman.

Love's reaction was interesting, to say the least. Three aspects of her rant were of particular interest:

1. One would assume that a person would be honored to see that her fans still care about her--and her late husband's--music. Loving Cobain doesn't take away from their love for her. They're at her show after all. Seeing a photo of one's late husband doesn't typically fuel rage.

2. One would also assume that Love would say "our kid" in reference to her and Cobain's daughter Frances Bean.

3. Love enjoyed the "Foo Fighters is gay" crowd chant. It is baffling that she would consider this statement an insult when she has advocated for gay rights in the past.

Maybe none of this behavior should be a surprise at this point. She reportedly got naked for a New York Times reporter last year, and even flashed David Letterman in 2004, copying an on-air stunt originally pulled by Drew Barrymore in 1995. She is well known for her over-the-top behavior. But does that make it right?

Watch the full rant for yourself. The old adage, "Wisdom comes with age" clearly doesn't apply here.
