2Lady Gaga VS Die Antwoord

It's kind of sad to see musicians feuding, especially when their interactions started off so amicably, as was the case with the recent Lady Gaga-Die Antwoord Twitter battle. Originally, Gaga asked the South African trio to open for her on tour, to which Die Antwoord declined. Then, when Die Antwoord's latest music video "Fatty Boom Boom" dropped, featuring a Lady Gaga replica giving birth to a giant prawn, the beef began. Gaga didn't like the whole baby-prawn thing, and so tweeted out how Die Antwoord is "freaky" but doesn't have a single hit. Gaga went on to say how you shouldn't tell other musicians you're a fan, lest they make fun of you. Not remaining silent on the matter, Die Antwoord then replied ": “lady… even tho u r ‘larger’ than us… we still cooler than u… plus we don’t have prawns in our private parts.” Can't fight that kind of logic.

i fink u freaky but you don't have a hit. hundred thousand tIckets sold in SA. #thatmyshit

1Iggy Azalea VS Azalea Banks

An online interchange of petty insults and random non sequiturs, the feud between rappers Azalea Banks and Iggy Azalea has been going on since 2012, with no end seemingly in sight. A rather infamous moment occurred in December of last year, when the two got into a racially charged exchange. Banks essentially called Iggy out for not getting involved with racial issues, specifically referencing the large protests that took place in New York City after the Supreme Court's decision not to indict a white police officer for the death of Eric Garner, an African-American father of six. Banks reprimanded Iggy for stealing black culture but not fighting against racial problems, calling her "Igloo Australia" in the process. Iggy's response was a little shallow, basically saying how it's not her country and Banks shouldn't be using tragedy as a means to promote herself, which sparked a series of replies from Banks, one of which involved the female reproductive organ, mayo, eggs, and a jar. Oh Azalea Banks, you have a solid point, then you ruin it by being a ridiculous Twitter troll. Such is life.

its funny to see people Like Igloo Australia silent when these things happen... Black Culture is cool, but black issues sure aren't huh?
